Insurance/Payment

COUNSELING

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We are currently accepting the following insurances:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Humana
  • Sunshine Health Medicaid/Cenpatico
  • Sunshine Health Ambetter
  • Tri-Care
  • United Health Care

We also accept several EAP providers. Feel free to call to obtain a list of providers. For those that do not want to use their insurance or do not have coverage, we also have private pay options. Call to inquire about rates.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

We are a private-pay clinic for physical therapy services, but we are also considered as an out out-of-network provider for those wishing to use their commercial insurance.  We contract with you, not the insurance company!

Upon request, we can provide you with a super-bill which is the necessary document your insurance company will need that will allow them to apply the amount you paid towards your deductible or reimburse you directly. The amount of reimbursement or application towards your deductible is completely dependent on your insurance plan.

WELLNESS AND DIETARY SERVICES

Both of these services are cash pay only.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
